Zen Habits is about finding simplicity and mindfulness in the daily chaos of our lives. It’s about clearing the clutter so we can focus on what’s important, create something amazing, and find happiness.

Leo will facilitate an intentional session for organizers centred on calm. The focus will be on fear, anxiety, and stress. Some mastery of these techniques will encourage shifts in our “letting go” work with those we serve.
