This presentation is to help you overcome fears and nervousness about speaking in public. We will cover the following:

Speaker Charmaine Grace, Certified Life Coach, Group Facilitator and Speaker. Charmaine learned to speak with confidence when, she accepted a request to be a Winery Tour Guide, in spite of her terror of public speaking. From Tour Guide to member of a Toastmasters International Club to volunteer speaker for the Cancer Society, Charmaine discovered a love of speaking to groups. She won Showcase Speaker of the Year at Hamilton/Niagara CAPS (The Canadian Association of Professional Speakers) and earned the Toastmasters Distinguished Toastmaster Award for leadership and communication skills.
