Overview:

Ah, September – many call it the second new year for businesses. It’s a time for closure of the summer season and reignition of familiar routines. With this return to “business as usual” comes a great opportunity to reflect on past operating challenges, develop strategies to tackle them and soar even higher with newly defined, concrete goals. Together, we will review, reflect, explore and plan to rock Sept 2023-June 2024 in a supportive, pro-active way. Together we can and we will.

In advance of the meeting, your executive asks that you come prepared with the following:

1. Identification of the BIG WIN within the last 12 months of your business
2. Identification of a pain point within the last 12 months of your business
3. Identification of 1-3 goals you would like to achieve in your business between September 2023-June 2024

As you know, our meetings go by quick so coming prepared with this information will allow us to get right to work and provide communal support efficiently.

After the main meeting, we will host a chapter-member only business portion of the evening.
