All About Contracts

Rod RefcioGuest speaker business lawyer Rod Refcio and his associate James Arnold will give a presentation about business contracts, followed by a Q&A where they answer members’ burning questions about small business and the law.

Rod Refcio completed a Bachelor of Economics and a law degree from the University of Western Ontario. Prior to being called to the Bar of Ontario in 2003 he worked for several years in the financial services industry and completed his Canadian Securities Course. Rod founded the law firm of Refcio and Associates in 2013, which provides legal services in the areas of corporate, franchise, and employment law; commercial and residential real estate transactions; commercial and civil litigation; and estate planning and litigation.

Rod has always been extremely passionate about entrepreneurship and has sat on the boards of various local charities, as well as the London Small Business Centre where he served for over seven years and held the position of President. From humble beginnings and with a vision of how 21st-century technology was going to rapidly alter the practice of law, Rod has focused on building a law firm dedicated to providing legal services to small- and medium-sized businesses and individuals throughout Southwestern Ontario. With a head office located in London and two satellite offices in Burlington and Toronto, the firm utilizes state-of-the-art technology and progressive flat fee billing to ensure that clients have immediate access to quality and cost-effective legal services whenever a legal matter arises.

Thank you to Janice Anne Kirwin for recommending The London Business Centre.
