Purpose
Create a dynamic and collaborative environment for individuals who are eager to uplevel their business growth by stepping beyond their comfort zones and embracing ambitious goals. This includes:

The group aims to empower members to advance their organizing businesses, hold them accountable to their goals, and provide a supportive network of professionals committed to achieving next level results.
Key Principles
The POC Uplevel Mastermind and Accountability Group is designed to support us with three key principles. They are:
- The Pygmalion effect: you rise or fall to the expectations of those around you
- Jim Rohn: You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.
- A rising tide lifts all boats.
Group Objective:
To inspire and empower POC members who are ready to step up to the next level of business. The Mastermind will focus on strategies to attract clients, expand services, increase revenue, develop an abundance mindset, and establish authority in the organizing industry.
Who It’s For
Small Group of POC Members who:
- Have an existing business and want to grow their client base, services or revenue.
- Are ready to step up to the next level of business by strengthening their mindset,
- Marketing and adding new offerings
- Need help getting out of their comfort zone.
Key Goals
- Help each other build a roadmap to business growth and help each other along the journey.
- Share our successes and challenges.
- Provide accountability and peer support to help members achieve measurable results.
Duration 12 month commitment
Structure
9-10 Monthly Mastermind Sessions (90 minutes each). Each session will focus on specific strategies to strengthen mindset, mastery and growth.
- Check-in: Share wins, progress and challenges
- Deep dive learning into topics like:
o Building a client referral pipeline.
o Building effective marketing strategies
o Introducing new services
o Positioning yourself as a local or national authority.
- Hot Seat Coaching: A participant presents a specific uplevel challenge; the group collaborates to provide feedback and actionable ideas.
- Action Planning: Participants set 90-day uplevel goals, create action plans and check in depending on where the group is in the cycle.
Workshops (Quarterly)
Interactive sessions led by either participants, industry experts or business coaches covering advanced strategies, such as:
- Marketing Mastery: Leveraging SEO, social media ads, and funnels to increase your visibility.
- Monetizing Beyond Organizing: Launching online courses, workshops or speaking.
- Networking: stepping up and out to find potential clients, referral partners, collaborators, suppliers and influencers.
Accountability Pods
Small peer groups (2-3 members) can choose to meet once a month to:
- Review progress on growth goals.
- Share insights and troubleshoot challenges.
- Motivate and hold each other accountable.
Private Facebook Group
A private Facebook Group for ongoing peer support and resource sharing. Members can:
- Share success stories.
- Get advice on marketing, team issues, or operational challenges.
- Celebrate wins together.
Next Steps
Kick-Off Session: We will begin with a professional development planning session to set the tone for the group the first week of May.
