Biography
Melissa Klug is proud to be the CEO, Head Coach, and the Program Director for educational resources at Pro Organizer studio, including Inspired Organizer®, Organizing Essentials, the podcast, and new offers.
Having spent 20 years in sales + marketing at Fortune 500 companies, she never considered entrepreneurship as a path for her life. After a corporate acquisition, she realized she had been extremely, deeply unhappy in her career for years.
During her time job searching, she started organizing her house: long neglected and fully chaotic after two decades of corporate travel, raising two kids, and having an insanely busy life, like every woman she knows. She discovered she was REALLY good at organizing. She loved it and all she wanted to do. After spending every free moment organizing her own home, she started to help other people too.
Soon, she realized that she really wanted to help people find the joy in their houses like she has rediscovered in hers. But was that—a job?
Thanks to the internet, she discovered it was, took a major, scary life leap and gave herself one year to see if she could make her business successful. And much to her joy—it flourished.
In 2019 she realized she wanted to tell other women how they could do what she did: That they could escape jobs or careers that didn’t fulfill them, and create their own business that not only helped others, but helped themselves. She decided to use her two decades in multi-million dollar businesses and her time building a successful organizing business to teach other women they can do the same.
She became a business coach for professional organizers, and worked with clients on three continents. In 2020, she gratefully joined founder, Jen Kilbourne of Pro Organizer Studio to work with and help her mission.
