In business since 2005, I am a coach, certified professional organizer and business mentor. My goal is to inspire and empower you to accomplish your goals and dreams - without the sense of overwhelm and anxiety of disorganization.

Whether coaching clients with ADHD, heart-centred service-based business owners, or creating courses on marketing, productivity and organizing, I love to teach, inspire and empower clients to be their best self. What I'm aiming for is you, my client, to feel the same sense of relief as getting to the white sandy beach on the first day of vacation.

To give back to this growing and thriving industry, I have served on the Professional Organizers in Canada Board of Directors and as President of the Institute for Challenging Disorganization. I was honoured and humbled to be the Winner of the Harold Taylor Award for contributions to the organizing industry. I am also a Master Trainer with the Institute of Challenging Disorganization and bring a prior 25 years experience in health care management to my business.
